MosBuild 2008 – New Profile Reflects Strength in Depth

MosBuild is Russia’s largest trade exhibition and features a huge range of products and services for the building and interiors trade. MosBuild is now entering its 14th year and key developments for 2008 include a new look profile to reflect the specialist trades and products groups in the building and interiors industry.

MosBuild consists of 25 exhibitions that are categorised in six main groups. Buildex and Cersanex will be located at Expocentr and MosInteriors, WindowBuild, Country Living and Stonex will be located at Crocus Expo.

Buildex features the materials, products, services and tools that are used to build and renovate properties and fit them with the infrastructure for electricity, automation technology, telecommunications, plumbing, heating and ventilation.

Cersanex incorporates ceramics, marble, ceramics manufacture, bathroom and sanitary ware.

MosInteriors features a huge range of products that equip, decorate and finish the interiors of domestic and commercial properties.

WindowBuild covers the window, glass and facades industry.

Country Living features a wide range of products and services for landscapes, gardens and country homes (known as dachas).

Stonex incorporates decorative outdoor stone products and building aggregates.

Commenting on the revamped profile, Event Director Ruzanna Sarkisova said. “MosBuild is a massive event and the new profile provides a sensible structure that benefits our exhibitors and visitors. It enables us to promote the event to very specific target audiences as well as broader groups of professionals within the building and interiors industry. Most of the exhibitions within MosBuild would be successful even if they were not co-located with complementary events. However, there is a significant benefit to co-locating these events so while each exhibition is individually strong, collectively, they are even stronger.”

MosBuild next takes place at Expocentr and Crocus Expo, Moscow from 1st to 4th April 2008.

Ends.
