WindowBuild is a self-contained industrial exhibition which presents the latest achievements and developments of the window, glass and façade market leaders, setting the future development trend for the market.

On even years, the exhibition is held under the WindowBuild/Windows. Glass. Automation brand, and focuses on window construction and components, glass and fittings, production technologies, and automatic constructions.  On odd years, the event takes place under the WinTecExpo Moscow brand, which brings together all the leaders of the window and facade industry of the Russian and European markets. 

In 2010, WindowBuild will be held in the third pavilion of Crocus Expo IEC.

Event Stats

In 2009, the total area of the window and facade sectors of the MosBuild exhibition was about 30,000m².  In recent years, the size of the exhibition has almost doubled.  The exhibition is attended by companies from Germany, Austria, France, Italy, Spain, Switzerland, Belgium, Finland, Bulgaria, Poland, Slovenia, Serbia, Turkey, Estonia, Belarus and Ukraine. 

The exhibition includes developers, producers and distributors of equipment for manufacturing profiles from aluminium and PVC, extrusion equipment, shutters and facades, translucent systems, garage and factory gates, and direct manufacturers of windows (PVC, double glazing etc), sealants, self-adhesive tape, and other types of products.

Each year, the exhibition draws the maximum number of visitors.  According to an independent audit by Russcom It Systems, 1259 companies from 34 countries took part in MosBuild 2008.  In 2008, the total area of the exhibition in Crocus Expo IEC was 94,000m².  Over the four days, 60,880 specialists visited MosBuild (total number of ‘visits’ 120,129), of which 97% were specialists.    

According to an internal audit, 98,393 specialists visited MosBuild in 2009, and the total exhibition area was more than 150,000m².
